Contact information form

We are required by the Bavarian law to store the first name, last name and a telephone of every participant of our meetups. In case there is a COVID-19 case in our improv community, the authorities will use this information to contact you.

Your personal information will be removed from our system 4 weeks after the workshop and it will only be used for contact tracing of COVID-19 cases as required by the Bavarian law.
