Contact information form
We are required by the Bavarian law to store the first name, last name and a telephone of every participant of our meetups. In case there is a COVID-19 case in our improv community, the authorities or the moderators will use this information to contact you.
Since August 2021 we also require proof of a negative test, recovery certificate or vaccionation.
Your personal information will be removed from our system 4 weeks after the workshop and it will only be used for contact tracing of COVID-19 cases as required by the Bavarian law .
Excluded persons
The members of the moderators group on Whatsapp (“RCI Moderators”) because we already have their contact information.
