Then the moderator says this name and repeats his gesture, then he choose a person, says his name and repeats the gesture. The group continues doing this randomly. At the end, no name is said, but people use the gestures to call each other.
  • Walking Around with a speed scale: Everyone imagines a speed scale from 1 to 10. Running is not allowed. Only walking. The moderator goes first from 1 to 10, and then ask the group randomly for a speed like 2, 8, 5, 6, 10 and 3. The speed 5 must be the normal walking pace. It is good to put some music during the game.
  • Walking around with water: LOL Everyone walks and imagines waking with one meter snow, then the snow smelts down, then it is ice and slippery, then there is water in the ground, the water goes up to the knees, then to the waist (Gurtel-linie), then to the elbows, then to the shoulders, then to the neck and you have to swim. Playing Scenes - Topic: Storystelling

Playing Scenes - Topic: Always playing an action on stage

  • 3 or 6 Directors: LOL One person stands on stage and three directors take turns to say what comes next. When the player does it, he has “What I do next?”. It is even better with two players and six directors
  • Stage Directions: A book with a stage play is needed or the public writes actions in post-its
  • Complementing movements with one sentence: Two players are on stage. One takes a strage position where he uses his whole body. The second player then complements this position with his body without touching the first player. Then the first player says one sentence and the second player answers with another sentence. Afterwards the sequence starts again with the first player choosing another position. The moderator may give a location where the scenes are played.
    • The third group goes outside and can't listen or see the first one
    • The first group plays a scene. They can speak.
    • The third group comes in.
    • The second group replays the scene without speaking
    • Now the third group replays the scene speaking imaging what it is about. The public muss tell them about the differences with the first group
  • Chain Murder Death LOL Profession, Weapon and Murder in fantasy language

Playing Scenes - Topic: Places

Raum einrichten (Auftritt) in German

  • Six players are in the same place (like a beach) and each of them gets on stage and start doing something taking the details into account
  • Painting the scene: Six players enter one after the other into the same place (an artist studio). First the describe different corners of that place. At the end they play taking all previous objects into account
  • Action Freeze: One player does a simple action with all the details. After one minute, he must say one sentence and freeze. A new player replaces him/her and start a new action from the last position. When one minute is over, he can say one sentence and the games continues. This trains using body language to describe places
  • Different places: Two players receive two different places from the public. They don't know the place of the other player. They have to guess the other place and play a scene together
  • Describe a room with objects: A place for the scene is choosen. One after the other people go to the scene and add objects. The old objects are taken into account by the new players
